Kent
Johnston- Founder YC ZONE
Kent Johnston is the co-founder and Executive Director
of YC ZONE. He recently finished his 25th year
of coaching collegiate and professional athletes in
strength, conditioning and nutrition. He lives with his
wife Pam and four sons in Crawford, TX. He was named to
the National Strength and Conditioning Hall of Fame in
2005.

Christine is a leader in Life Skills for children.
