Circle of Champions Sport Performance Program
 

The Circle of Champions Sport Performance Program is proprietary to all YC ZONE training centers.  Circle of Champion's offers Sport Performance programming that is developmentally appropriate for middle and senior high students.  All programs are developed by a member of the Circle of Champion's Advisory Council and offered within a YC ZONE training facility.
 

Initial evaluations and assessments are part of the process of developing the appropriate programs.  These programs are tailored to improve the following traits as they are associated with a particular sport or activity:

  • Agility

  • Coordination

  • Flexibility

  • Endurance

  • Mobility

  • Movement

  • Power

  • Quickness

  • Speed

  • Strength



 

Specific Sport Performance programs include: 

Baseball, basketball, dance, field hockey, football, golf, gymnastics, hockey, lacrosse, soccer, softball, swimming, tennis, volleyball and wrestling.

Senior High School students participate in our Sports Performance program by purchasing training passes.  These training passes may be purchased based on the number of training sessions and the specific activity desired.  Team programs are also available to coaches, parents, and instructors.

The Movement Skills for Life Program is based on the evaluation & development of 12 basic movement skills. Movement skills which serve as  the foundation for physical education, fitness, and sport development.
