Speed
“Speed refers to the point in time in which the individual, performing a certain
task, can no longer accelerate. At this point they have reached their highest
potential for movement.”
Once we take movement, coordinate that movement, and strengthen the coordinated
movement we are ready to execute that movement faster. Speed is expressed in one
dimension: time. There are however many expressions or components of speed. The
Pathway to Peak Performance will determine the particular component of speed
that an individual need concern themselves with. We also will address these
factors;
