Power
“Power is the result of combining strength and speed.”
In many sports or activities power is deemed the most important ability an
individual possesses. A high power reading normally indicates that an individual
possesses an above average level of strength and speed. Improving the velocity
of movement against a given resistance is more important than sheer maximal
strength. Simply put, what we are after is an improvement in power – not just
strength. YC ZONE places great emphasis on answering the following
