YC ZONE LOCATIONS
 
 

Personal Training is always available in YC ZONE facilities. We offer two different forms of private training.

Two on One Training:

This training option involves two students to one instructor. This type of training is recommended for the early developmental stage child. Observation of another student working can greatly benefit the other training member. Visual learning is a key component in educating children at an early age. The ability to watch both an instructor and training companion perform certain tasks and movements assist in the learning process.
 

One on One Training

This mode of training matches one student to one teacher. Sessions are normally one hour in length. Certain exceptions are made based on the age and attention span of the individual student.

We recommend Personal Training sessions to parents of members who need to “catch up” in a particular area or component of physical development. We always target a specific number of sessions that are goal oriented. This provides the parent with a time frame and expected improvement levels.

Fitness
Movement Skills
Sport Skills

 
 

 

Game Days make fitness fun for all young people in a YC ZONE facility.  The Game Day features are offered to members and non members alike.
