The Elite Stage - (ages 18 +)
Objective:
To maximize the performance potential of the individual by building
on the high degrees of skill and ability attained by the earlier stages
of development.
This stage is entered into by those who have reached the stage of fitness
or athletic maturation. All of the student's physical, mental, emotional,
personal, and life skill capacities should be fully established and
the focus of performance is paramount.
