YC ZONE LOCATIONS
 
 
Brains & Brawn is a two-hour program combining one hour of teaching by our Academic Director, and one hour of physical instruction by our certified coaches. This will be a twice a week program on Mondays and Wednesdays, or Tuesdays and Thursdays, scheduled between the hours of 8AM and 7PM.
 
Tutoring Module:

The tutoring phase of the program will be utilizing both teacher and the computer. Our computer reading program is “Reading Plus”, which was developed by an ophthalmologist and it trains the movement of the eye. Users of this program include the military and professional athletes. The students will learn reading skills, learn to read faster and increase their fluency.

Physical Fitness Module:

The YC ZONE Fitness and movement program will not only increase their ability and appreciation for fitness, but also build self esteem. The “Pathway to Peak Performance” contains foundational core ability in Movement, Coordination, speed, strength, power, and endurance. This is done in a fun environment by our certified coaches.

 


 

The Movement Skills for Life Program is based on the evaluation & development of 12 basic movement skills. Movement skills which serve as  the foundation for physical education, fitness, and sport development.

Game Days make fitness fun for all young people in a YC ZONE facility. The Game Day features are offered to members and non members alike.
